Need help with Yamabushi Labs? We support clinics with connecting their WhatsApp Business account, message template approval, and sending appointment reminders.

Email support@yamabushilabs.com with your clinic name and a description of the issue. We reply within two business days; connection-blocking issues are prioritised.
Before you write
- Connection issues — check the Connection page in the dashboard: it shows your WhatsApp account status and a "Verify Meta connection" check.
- Template issues — Meta approves templates on its own schedule, usually within 24–48 hours; the Templates page shows the live approval status.
- Reminder issues — the Messages page shows each reminder run with a per-recipient delivery status.
Data and privacy requests
